Dear Valued Client,
Please accept Melanie and my very best wishes for a holiday season full of health, peace and happiness for you and your family. We have so many blessings to be thankful this season.
It is with great joy that I can announce that our long-time search for additional space has ended and I have signed a long-term lease to take over the 7-11 building on February 1, 2007! With a little luck and lots of work, we should complete the total build-out 12 weeks later. This 5,000 square foot facility will be in addition to the existing FQ10 studio that we all know and love. We will be able to add:
1. 10 state of the art cardio pieces (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, etc.)
2. The latest strength & conditioning equipment.
3. Over 1,000 pounds of free weights.
4. More open space for our “dynamic” conditioning movements.
5. The best flooring in the industry – easier on one’s joints. (this surface was used in the last four Olympic games).
6. Infrared Saunas for optimal recovery & regeneration.
7. Executive locker rooms for men & women with showers & lockers.
8. Massage therapy/bodywork treatment rooms.
9. Chiropratic/Physical therapy will be available on-site.
10. An energy that continues to allow us to optimally train & focus on our health & physical, mental/emotional and spiritual development.
While we have many details to work out, I envision a synergy between the 2 locations. We will continue to conduct 1-1 personal training at our current location as well as massages. We will be able to expand our Pilates and yoga programs to meet your needs. The new space will give us the chance to expand our sports performance programs, class programs, and add “executive memberships” and “coaching” to our current services. Most important, our current staff will continue to provide the quality of service that you have come to expect.
I am excited. The staff is excited. Over the past few years I have had the chance to expand to other facilities. However, I wanted to stay in Scripps Ranch. We intend to continue to provide a unique experience for people like you who are dedicated to improved health and performance. A place where people from all walks of life can work side-by-side with a dedicated and talented staff .
