MESSAGE FROM TODD
"Your attitude determines your altitude" is a quote that I absolutely love. One thing that we can control is the thoughts we choose. Ghandi goes on to say that "a man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes." I share this because this is the basis of this month's feature article, "Are you playing scared?" Be sure to read it and fortify yourself with a positive mindset regardless of how good or bad your situation may be.
I had the opportunity to travel down to New Orleans last weekend and teach my "Going for Greatness" program to about 35 passionate, dedicated, and successful fitness professionals at the Pelican Athletic Club. I had a fantastic time connecting with the crew down there and appreciate the commitment these trainers have to the people in the New Orleans community and throughout Louisiana. Additionally, I got to spend an extra day there and see my guy Drew Brees have a magnificent game against the 49ers.

I am getting ready for my first ever trip to London in less than 2 weeks. I will be heading over there with Under Armour to work with the Wales Rugby Team and the Hanover 96 soccer team. We are also going there to watch my beloved San Diego Chargers take on the New Orleans Saints. Don't ask who I am pulling for as I have been sworn to secrecy. I am excited about this trip to Europe as I have not been there since I was playing football there in the mid 90's.
Enjoy this edition of the TD Times. There is a lot of great information inside the Times this month and one thing I can assure you: everything that you read in the TD Times is full of positivity, great stories, and good for your mind or body. Just the way I like it!
Create a great week!

Feature Article: "Are You Playing Scared?"
By Todd Durkin, MA, CSCS, NCTMB, Founder of Fitness Quest 10
My old football coach used to tell our team never to play scared. Coach Wolf used to say, "The minute you play scared on the field, you either get hurt or you get beat. Regardless of the situation, the score, the opponent or adversity, it never helps to play timid." For anyone looking for optimal performance, playing "tight" in an athletic contest won't help.
So I ask you this question, "Are you playing tight and scared in the game of life?" Just the other day, a client asked me if the recent economic woes were affecting my business. I politely said, "I'm boycotting any recession we're in because I have too much stuff to get done!" While I was half-joking, my point was that there is no way I'm going to let my mind get weak and participate in feeling blue about a situation I can't control. My outlook is to focus on what I can control and forget about the rest.
Right now, it is absolutely imperative that you sharpen your mind and keep your attitude positive. Living in fear, living scared, and playing “tight” won’t help your performance. Whether you are a personal trainer, attorney, teacher, coach, doctor, entrepreneur, or house mom, there are several things you can do not only to survive the current times, but to thrive in them. Here are my top ways to create a “winning attitude,” stay positive, and prevent “losing” despite the adversity you may currently face:
• “Armour up” everyday. This means that you must fortify your MINDSET everyday! Read great books, listen to books on tape, post positive quotes on your mirror or next to your computer, etc. Some of my favorite authors are Ken Blanchard, Mac Anderson, Napoleon Hill, and Brian Tracy. I also love to listen to audiotapes by authors such as Joel Osteen, James Ray, and Anthony Robbins. Feed your brain daily with positive words and uplifting messages. It is said, “Your thoughts determine your words, your words determine your flesh, your flesh determines your actions, and your actions determine your character.” Therefore, your thoughts ultimately determine your character. Armour up!!!
• Eliminate “negativity” from your life. This pertains to all areas of your life. This may mean that you can’t hang with people who bring you down, you can’t watch the news anymore or you won’t read the newspaper. Going on a “media strike,” along with training your mindset for positivity, can be a powerful way to help you create an energy that is dynamic and refreshing.
• Have a “purge party.” A purge party also helps reduce “negativity” in your life. A good “ole-fashioned spring cleaning” creates clarity, organization, and a sense of freedom and enlightenment. When you remove clutter from your life, it allows you to think clearer, to be more efficient with your time, and to feel good about your work and home environments. Enhance your new environment with green plants, waterfalls, positive quotes, bright colors, good music, and good smells all around. “Cleanliness is next to Godliness” and a good “purge party” can help you create the environment you need to think more positively.
• Simplify. Now is a great time to simplify your life. Whether this means reducing the “number of things on your plate,” learning to say “no” more often, or reducing your spending on items that will not enhance the quality of your life, you can help reduce stress, tension, and anxiety in your life by using the old “K.I.S.S” method (Keep It Simple).
• Be creative. One of the best things about challenging times is that we’re forced to be creative. What can you do to create an improved organization, a better system, more revenue, new programs, or whatever it is that you have always wanted to do? Richard Branson, from Virgin Atlantic, started his company when he was $400 million in debt. We often complain about our problems and frustrations. Dream about what you can create, regardless of your situation, and then make it happen. Your intentions ultimately determine your destiny.
• Let it “flow.” Now is not a time to play tight. When we get scared or nervous, we often get tense and tight. When you get tight, it affects your energy and vibration and you can no longer “operate” at a heightened state of consciousness. Let yourself flow with your thoughts, your energy, your passion, your desires, and eliminate the word “NO” from your vocabulary. Imagine that you CAN create whatever it is you desire in your life and that there is no better time than NOW to start. Let your energy vibrate at a higher frequency and attract other high-energy people.
• Expect success. Ghandi said, “A man is a product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.” What do you expect? Winning is an attitude and losing is an attitude. Which do you choose for your life? One thing you CAN control is your attitude and when you expect success, success will follow. Determine your intentions, set an action plan and fire away. The important thing here is that you take action. This gives you momentum and momentum ultimately leads to positive results.
• Put on YOUR oxygen mask first. Besides attitude, the other thing that you CAN control is your physical health. You can CHOOSE to exercise daily, eat correctly, meditate, pray, sleep 7-8 hours per night, get a massage at least once a month – all for positive impact on your physical health. When you take ownership of your own conditioning, it positively affects your mind and body. I always say that if you want to be a champion in the game of life, you need the “4 Cs” — Commitment, Connecting, Conditioning and Creating.
- Commitment —to your own success. Commit!
- Connecting—to other people as well as yourself. Connect!
- Conditioning—of your own life. Condition!
- Creating—If you commit, connect, and condition, you can create whatever it is you desire in life! Create!
• Surround yourself with other successful people. If you want to be positive during tough times, find people who are resilient, hard-working, enthusiastic, and have a “CAN-DO” attitude. Who you spend time with is critical, so choose your friends, colleagues, co-workers, and others carefully.
• Laugh MORE. Today I had a chance to train a group of about 10 guys and gals I have been training for over 10 years. This self-styled “stud club” makes me laugh every time I work with them as there are some true characters in the group. I thanked them today for making me laugh and for the energy they bring to every session. Each of us has 1 or 2 people in our lives who make us laugh. Seek them out. Laughter is a gift and is ever important to create positivity, energy, and connection.
• Focus on what you CAN control. My question to you is, “Why do you spend so much time worrying about the things you have no control over?” I hear it all the time—the stock market, the credit system, the real estate market, the gas prices, the war, the economy, your boss, blah-blah-blah. My answer is, GET OVER IT and start focusing on what you can control—your attitude, your health, who you choose to spend time with, and how you spend your time. My father used to say, “Ninety-percent of the things you worry about never happen and the other ten-percent you can’t do anything about anyway.” Wise words, because too many of us spend time worrying and fearing things we have no control over. Focus on what you can control!
•Adopt an “And Then Some” attitude. If you want to be in great shape, you must workout hard…and then some. If you want to be great in school, you must study hard…and then some. If you want to run a solid business, you must have a great team, great products and services, great systems, great customer service...and then some. It takes a lot of hard work and perseverance to be successful. And this may mean that you have to work harder today than ever before just to get the same results. But if you take on the attitude of “And Then Some” in all areas of your life, it will positively influence everything, from relationships to career to overall happiness.
• Believe in yourself. There is nothing more important than your beliefs. It is your beliefs that formulate your thoughts. It is your thoughts that ultimately determine your attitudes. There are several ways to help improve your belief in yourself:
- Live with an “attitude of gratitude.” The more you say thank you to others, the better you connect with others.
- Give more. If you want more out of life, you need to give more. The more you “give,” the more you get. The more you get, the more you can give back. Let it flow and keep giving. If you are searching for more out of life, give more!
In a time when people are feeling nervous, anxious, scared, or even depressed, it is imperative that we protect our most valuable assets: our mindset and attitude. Remember, it is important that you be the impetus for change and you be the one who creates the positive energy and success you desire in your life. It is critical that you take control of your own health and continue to invest in your mindset everyday. Ghandi challenged others to “be the change you desire in the world.” This is absolutely brilliant. And I also love this one from Winston Churchill, “Pessimists find difficulty in every opportunity. Optimists find opportunity in every difficulty.” It’s time to step up and play big. Stay loose, let it flow, believe in yourself, persevere, and create the life you so desire!

FQ10 Clients - Belle & Ricky Metcalfe
Ricky and Belle Metcalfe have been Fitness Quest 10 members since early 2007. Ricky joined in February of 2007, and Belle, his fiancee at the time, got the bug not long after, as they were both eager to get in top shape for their wedding in July. Ricky is the Manager of the Producer Progression Team at Asset Marketing Systems just down the street from Fitness Quest 10. He is also pursuing his psychology degree at San Diego State University. Belle works for Jiva, an organic active wear clothing company and is also a full time student at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising downtown. Ricky, a fitness fanatic, trains with Brett Klika three times a week which has taught him discipline, drive, and how important nutrition can take you the next fitness level. Belle trains with Anna twice a week, and participates in Cardio Class, as well as Pilates sessions with Andrea. Both Belle and Ricky swear by Marilou and Daniel's awesome bodywork and massages to help work out their sore muscles.
What do you enjoy about FQ10?
"FQ10 is like no other gym we've ever been to. The level of training, expertise and the energetic and accommodating people make you feel at home. We enjoy the staff at Fitness Quest 10. Todd, Julie, and all the front desk girls are always super friendly and in a great mood, and even the clients here are amazing as well. Everyone in the gym has such high expectations, high spirits, and high goals, and they are willing to do whatever it takes to help you achieve your fitness goals. It is a welcoming though challenging atmosphere where we can really clear our minds and get a great workout. All the FQ10 trainers, especially ours, are caring, inspiring, knowledgeable, and always motivating. We love how patient all the staff members are: always willing to help us out with anything we need, whether it's borrowing a pen to write down our ever-changing schedule, getting a Pedialite from the back when we've pushed ourselves too much, or asking to use a fork for Ricky's infamous post-workout yam."
What do you like to do in your free time away from work and the gym?
"In our free time, we love to travel, go out to eat, spend time relaxing with family and friends, and play with our dog, Lily."
What's the secret to obtaining success in life?
"Life is what you make of it. The secret to success is to be the best you possible. Quit comparing yourself to your friends, neighbors or family members. Set a goal for yourself, whether it's physical, mental, emotional, or a combination of all of them and fight to achieve it. Really test your own limits and you'll be amazed at what you find out about yourself."
What are some quotes that you live by?
"With ordinary talent and extraordinary perseverance, all things are attainable. The steeper the mountain the harder the climb the better the view from the finish line."
"After I (Belle) injured my hip flexor a few years ago, I was hesitant to begin an intensive workout regimen, but knew I really wanted to kick my butt into shape for my wedding. I wanted toned arms, shoulders and back that would look unbelievable in my wedding gown. (not to mention all the body-parts hidden by it!) I looked and felt better on my wedding day than I ever had before, and I got in the best shape of my life. Anna helped calm my fears, and educated me on how to work with my injury, instead of working around it. Not only did I lose a little weight, but I was able to improve my strength, conditioning, increase my metabolism, and improve my overall outlook on living a healthy lifestyle. During a super grueling workout of sled drags and Bulgarian lunges on the TRX, I look back on my early days when I could barely do the dynamic warm-up without feeling queasy, and know that I couldn't have made it this far on my own.
Guest Article: "A Call To Action" By Ryan Burgess
"We can't solve the problems by using the same kind of
thinking we used when we created them." - Albert Einstein
Face it America: we have a serious problem on our hands, and that problem is the obesity epidemic. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, these are the most up to date figures available:
-
33.3 % of men can be classified as obese (a Body Mass Index ≥ 30)
-
35.3 % of woman fall into that category
-
Most disturbing, 16.3 % of children and adolescents aged 2-19 years are considered obese, with even more tagged as overweight.
I know people out there that are already shouting and screaming that BMI is a lousy indicator, because BMI does not take into account those that are "heavy but healthy." Although true, individuals that have higher levels of lean body mass are by far the exception, NOT the rule, so frankly I think hiding behind that logic is a cop-out. The truly terrifying fact is that the numbers continue to rise, and I really don't believe it's because our country is packing on the muscle. Obesity was given "epidemic" status before the turn of the century, yet it only gets worse year after year. But I'm not saying anything you don't already know.
We’ve reached a point in our society where the problems associated with obesity are given a passing thought, if that. One simple fact exemplifies the problem: as a country, we spend close to fifty billion dollars (that’s $50,000,000,000.00!) in the health, fitness and diet industry, yet our country continues to lead the way in obesity rates and their associated illnesses. As the brilliant Mr. Einstein said, we will never be able to solve this problem if we use the same kind of thinking used when we created them. This is a serious societal problem, and if we continue using short-sighted, low-cost, stop gap measures, nothing will change, and we will all be feeling the effects in a rather short time.
I am not trying to be outrageous when I say again that we are facing a crisis. To spend more and more on a problem that gets worse and worse is insanity- literally, if you define insanity as doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. This is happening because there is no single magic answer that will make it all go away. It’s going to be hard, and I truly believe that it is going to be one of the biggest challenges we as a society have ever had to face, but if we band together it will ultimately be one of the greatest obstacles we have ever overcome. Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t our country founded on overcoming daunting obstacles? I am also speaking from experience, not from the convenience of a lifelong lean and healthy body. I was one of the statistics. I have battled the bulge my entire life, but it’s a battle I feel I have finally been winning in the last few years. I’m here to tell you that there is hope. We CAN change. If this article reaches just ONE person and inspires them to take that first step and inspires them to a lifetime of health and fitness, then I have done my job.
The first place we absolutely HAVE to act is with our children. Type II diabetes was once called adult-onset diabetes, but we haven’t been able to do that in years due to the number of children being diagnosed with diabetes. I mean KIDS are having gastric bypass surgery! Just a few years ago, that was supposed to be an extreme last result for excessively, morbidly obese adults. If you think this issue isn’t too deep, just read some of the sentiments of the kids and parents opting for this surgery. They’re broken people- they feel like they have exhausted all options, and this is their last hope that will solve all their problems, but here’s the catch- it won’t unless we address the deeper lying issues! Parks and play-time for kids have been long gone. If you just went around and took a look at a middle (or sadly even an elementary) school, you would see that the overweight and obese children are now actually the overwhelming majority in too many American cities.
This has absolutely nothing to do with vanity. This has to do with the health of millions of children and the overall health of our society. I’m not here to play the blame game and say “This is how we got here”, and I’ll be the first to tell you that I don’t have all the answers. So much of the issue is ingrained in our daily life that this is going to take massive social reform, but something absolutely has to change. We have reached a point in our culture where temporary and immediate gratification, satisfaction, and entertainment have replaced overall health and well-being as priorities in our lives. Instead of living a healthy lifestyle, people just go about their routines, holding on to hope that they don’t end up a statistic, and if the do, “Well, my doctor seems like a really smart guy, so I’ll just have him and his friends fix me.” News flash: why don’t we NOT BREAK DOWN IN THE FIRST PLACE! Here is another piece of disturbing news, and this is the one that I know will bother some people (I welcome the criticism: my e-mail address is
This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Most of the information we get on a societal level is WRONG. By the time the information gets to your brain, it has been so washed down, distorted, and stripped of its original scientific merit that it is very easily misconstrued. What’s worse, it’s often pushed by individuals with serious counter-producing incentives. They will flat out LIE to you and distort the truth to separate you from your hard earned money, whether or not what they are selling is actually good for you. I want you to really think about that. The next time you hear anything about a “hot new trend” in the diet or fitness industry, take 5 minutes and see who funded the study.
Once again, this is going to take individualized action on a wholesale level. At Fitness Quest 10, we do our part by training our youth with the mantra that we are educating, motivating and inspiring future pain-free, active, and productive adults. But our reach only goes so far. Gandhi said “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Take action yourself. Organize parents and fight to get physical education back into your kid’s schools. Unplug the TV. Get active yourself! Kids, especially very young children, more often imitate their parents than listen to them. It doesn’t take much- get the whole family together for 1-2 dinners a week and go for a walk afterwards. If we all just sit around and talk about the problem and say “you should do this”, or “[insert government organization] should do that”, nothing will ever change. Again I’m going to stress the societal impact of the problem, so I’ll quote one of the greatest leaders our country ever experienced. It was JFK who famously said “Ask not what your country could do for you, but ask what you could do for your country”. It is time that we rise up. We live in an amazing place that I’m not ready to lose, and there is nothing more powerful than a large number of the population demanding change. Whatever you do, don’t sell yourself short and feel you can’t make a difference. What starts at the town level grows to the city level, then the county, then the district, then the state, and before you know it, our entire country is back on its way to leading the world in a healthy direction!

Athlete Corner: "To the High School Athlete - 4 Things to Learn in 4 Years" By Brett Klika, CSCS, Fitness Quest 10 Director of Athletics
High school athletics is a great time for youngsters to learn valuable lessons about life. Teamwork, commitment, competition, discipline, and sacrifice all make up the backbone of athletic competition and transiently, success in life. The latter of the last two, success in life, should be of primary concern when working with high schoolers. As I have written before, statistics suggest that about 1% of the 7 million participants in high school athletics will receive a scholarship to a division 1 school. Less than 1% of that 1% will ever play a sport professionally. Another 1% of that 1% will be able to support themselves and their family for life from athletics. As you can see, very few high school athletes will use their actual athletic skill in their future professional lives. For this reason, it is essential that when working with high school kids, we always keep the "big picture" in mind.
Whether you’re a high school athlete, or the parent of a high school athlete, the four years in high school athletics can lay the foundation for a life of health, wellness, and success in athletics! Working with as many high school athletes as I have, I’ve seen many mistakes in regards to how high school athletes are trained, the habits they form, and their thought process in regards to sports. The following are suggestions based on my personal experience, along with my conversations on the topic with top collegiate and professional athletes, men and women, from a variety of sports.
1. Have designated time off from your sport.
Sports go year-round for most serious athletes in high school. Tournaments, games, practices, and other training take up a majority of an athlete’s time. Injuries, stress, mental fatigue, and just plain boredom can significantly impair an athlete’s performance. These are all manifestations of non-stop, monotonous training. Every serious athlete I have trained would benefit from a month off every year from their sport, in addition to at least 1 day off per week. During that month, they don’t sit on the couch all day; they have a chance at different pursuits. Focusing on a different aspect of training, facilitating a social life, relaxing, or doing another hobby. When a sport becomes an athlete’s primary identity, it’s not only unfortunate, it’s dangerous! Of course coaches will put on the pressure to compete non-stop. The fact is, the month off will put you ahead of everyone. It gets you excited to play again.
2. Get in a training regiment.
The two most important things about a training regiment for high schoolers are education and commitment. When you stop to think about it, a high school program is an athletes introduction to organized exercise, and may be the only supervised program they ever undertake. Most older guys getting hurt in gyms do so by doing things they “learned in high school”. Good technique, good design, and good execution need to be the absolute foundation of a high school training program. Too many coaches get carried away with numbers in the weight room way to early in a youngster’s development. Not only does this put them at risk of injury, it compromises performance later in their career. When an athlete learns to do something well, they continue to improve their entire career. In general, high school boys need to improve their lower body strength, girls need to improve upper body strength. Talk to a reputable trainer from a reputable facility to design a program.
3. Learn the basics of cooking and nutrition!
I’m not talking about 7 course meals custom made for specific nutritional needs, I’m talking about scrambling eggs, grilling a chicken breast, boiling pasta, using a rice cooker, and making a turkey sandwich. I’m talking about having the knowledge that Taco Bell is not real human food. Bad eating habits while living at home turn into worse eating habits when you move out. What you eat is your fuel for athletic performance. Athletes need to learn as well as practice these principles from a young age. I lived with wrestlers and baseball players in college. The wrestler would starve and dehydrate himself, and then survive in hot dogs from Circle K. Another roommate could only make cereal and lived on fast food. They always “felt like crap” during practice. Both were riddled with soft tissue injuries during their entire careers. More significantly, they are both overweight now at 30 years old. I wasn’t a ground-breaking athlete in college, but the way I ate and trained allowed me to get the most out of my limited genetics in soccer and lacrosse.
4. You don't have to play a varsity sport in college to compete in your sport.
A college scholarship is often on the minds of many high school athletic participants. Don’t get me wrong, getting school paid for is a huge financial burden off of ones shoulders. Varsity college athletics is a tremendous experience as well. If you refer, however, to the statistics, a college scholarship is not in the cards for everyone. I’ve seen many a melt down after parents have spent money on club sports, a special collegiate athletic “liaison”, private lessons, etc., and not one scholarship offer comes to the table. While this is frustrating, it’s a primary example as to why the “process” of athletics needs to be the focus. Athletes should truly love the sport they are playing. Nearly every college has large intramural programs as well as club sports. Club sports can be very competitive, often travel across the U.S. and other countries is involved. In addition, the time commitment for club sports in considerably less than varsity athletics. This allows athletes other pursuits in college such as studying abroad, getting job-related work experience, and other valuable life experiences. If it happens, a college scholarship is great, if it doesn’t, it’s not the end of the world!
Learn to use high school sports as a vehicle to live a long, happy, healthy life!

Tip from FQ10 Staff:
"Size Does Matter: Learning About Portion Control"
The leaves are beginning to turn and our bodies are craving "comfort foods." How do we keep ourselves from running to those overflowing plates of stews, pies, and meats? The key to healthy eating is portion control. Although it is time consuming and tedious to measure out portion sizes, it is just as important as deciding what to eat and will make the difference in our eating habits.
ABCS of portion management:
Aim for knowledge -
Learn actual portion sizes
Learn what they look like and how to measure them
Build a healthy base -
Let the food guide pyramid guide your choices
Choose sensibly
Choose foods low in saturated fat, trans fat, and cholesterol
Choose beverages and foods low in sugar
Choose and prepare foods low in salt
If you drink alcoholic beverages, do so in moderation
1 oz. of nuts compared to a typical handful.

Serenity Tune Up By Marilou Ramos, HHP
It's Oktoberfest! Are we enjoying life's beauty? The majestic colors of falling leaves? Are we in awe of the bounty of the harvest? OR are we caught up in the drama.......finances, future, politics, health issues? What's on our minds & in our hearts? How can we help this ailing world? How can we help ourselves? Gandhi's famous quote "We must be the change we wish to see in the world" jumps to the forefront on this one. Because Serenity is cultivated through acceptance of the things we cannot change, let's change the things we can! Many support groups embrace the following Serenity Prayer:
God, please grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the Courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference.
All that's missing is the action plan.....taking responsibility for changing the things we can. It's so obvious & easy........when we can't immediately change our circumstances, acceptance for what is applies. However, we can ALWAYS change our perspective! We ALWAYS have the gift of choosing to change our attitudes. We can choose to focus on gratitude & appreciation for what we do have, shifting away from fear & lack. We can choose to be more understanding, loving & compassionate and let go of blame & futility. So many choices available to us beginning with our individual thoughts. Author & publisher, Louise Hay, writes in her book, Heal Your Body that "the point of power is in the present moment....right here, right now." Let's pay attention to this wisdom. Listen to your own thoughts........from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep at night. Negative thoughts about yourself, those around you, news, life situations, all impact our Serenity. Stop! Change! "WE MUST be the change we wish to see in the world".......there is urgency.
It's up to each one of us & it's so easy........change your thoughts, change your words, change your actions change your life! If you want more kindness, be kind. If you want more happiness, be happy. Along the lines of "fake it until you make it," author Marianne Williamson also has excellent advice. In her book, A Gift of Change, she explains that "the key to happiness lies in getting over yourself! Love extended is the key to happiness. Love withheld is the key to pain." How incredible is it that we ALWAYS have choice!
Meditation Action Plan: Allow at least 5 minutes daily, preferably at the beginning of your day to breathe consciously, balancing the pace of your inhalation to exhalation & repeat the Serenity Prayer as often as you like. Practice calming your breath throughout the day, when you're in the shower, en route to work, waiting in lines, etc. Those conscious breaths of change are the stepping stones to the gift of serenity waiting for you........let's celebrate this time of harvest joyously together!
