What R U Doing Right Now?

For several years, I have been texting my pro athletes early morning video messages of me talking trash while I workout. I call them my “What r u doing right now?” messages.

I do it to get in their heads before they come in for their session. And light a little spark in their day. (I also like talking some smack :-))

There are a few things that I always have in my “What r u doing right now” messages:

1. I always have a hoodie on.
2. I always start with “Yoohoo…yeah, you know who it is…”
3. I’m always working out in my garage when I film it.
4. I always have a message for the day.
5. I always finish with a “What are you doing right now” and then blurting out a funny “Ahhhhhhh””” to end it.

And it often triggers a ton of laughs…and responses.
